Andrea Nolan

Andrea’s institutional leadership career began with appointment as Head of Division of Veterinary Pharmacology at the University of Glasgow, leading ultimately to Senior Vice-Principal & Deputy Vice-Chancellor in 2009. Andrea graduated as a veterinary surgeon from Trinity College Dublin and after a short time in practice, embarked on an academic career. She is a Board member of the Higher Education Statistics Agency, Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, and Universities and Colleges Employers Association, a member of the QAA Scotland Committee and Chair of Universities Scotland Research and Knowledge Exchange Committee. Andrea is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
