British Council Services for International Marketing (SIEM)

British Council Services for International Education Marketing (SIEM) provides of set of seven bespoke and standard services designed to cater to UK educational institutions’ diverse international marketing needs. Launched in April 2012, the programme operates across 48 international markets.

Further products and markets will be added in the future in line with changes in the external environment and institutions’ needs.

SIEM in Australia 2013 has heralded a year of unprecedented demand for these services in Australia, having built strong relationships with institutions such as Manchester Business School, University of the Arts London and Nottingham Trent University. As a result, we will be significantly increasing our activity in this area from 2014 onwards, including working closely with schools to deliver large-scale Careers Events attended by numerous UK institutions.
