FameLab National Final 2017

Thursday 04 May 2017 -
18:00 to 20:30

Hosted by superstar astrophysicist, Dr Alan Duffy, the FameLab national final returns to Western Australia on 4 May!

Throughout March and April, we've been scouring the nation looking for the brightest up-and-coming researchers who can communicate their work in just three minutes, armed only with their wits and a few props.

Join us at the Western Australian Maritime Museum in Fremantle on 4 May for a FREE night of surprises, laughs, drama and genius as the crème de la crème of Australia’s science communicators go head-to-head and battle it out to be crowned winner of FameLab Australia 2017!

The winner will be announced on the night and will go on to represent Australia in the world's largest science communication competition - the international FameLab final - at the Cheltenham Science Festival in the UK in June.

Tickets must be pre-booked in advance.

Please note: doors open at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.
